UNBK stands for Ujian Nasional Berbasis Komputer, which means we take tests on computers. We just need to click the option that contains the right answer to answer the test. It's actually quite efficient and far more easier than tests taken on paper, technique of answering wise. I mean, shading one circle can takes up quite a lot of time, if we don't shade it right, with a right pencil, in the right way, the scanner that checks the tests wouldn't be able to read the answer. Lots of mistakes and bad grades caused by this "misreading" of the scanner. Questions wise, I wouldn't say they're easy, maybe to the fact that I didn't study at all and I'm just kinda went for it since everyone else did too and we didn't even know the schedule (the reason we use when got ask why we got terrible scores on this simulation lol), which sounds more like an excuse but still, it kinda make sense, you can't expect us to study six subject at a time, we really do need to know which test we're gonna take. But, if I did study, I don't think it's that hard I'd definitely say that we've studied them all and if I did revise, I think I could've done well. But apparently, I didn't. So there goes my score :)
But anyway... I'm gonna basically rant and babble about how it went, in quite detail by each day of the simulation and by each subject. We had the simulation for three days, starting Monday, 13 of November until Wednesday, 15 of November, with two subjects per day. The subjects include Bahasa Indonesia, English, Math, Physics, Biology, and Chemistry.
The First DaySo, the first day of simulation. We had Bahasa Indonesia and Math. On this first day, like being real honest, as we got older, tests are just kinda tiring and not that scary at all. I don't know how other people are, but most of the people I know are just sick of tests and just kinda... don't even care, and so we didn't study at all the night before, and actually, we should've studied like a week before, but anyway, we didn't, so it went kinda like this:
- What is Math, how can I forget such simple equation.
- Bahasa Indonesia makes me sleepy, and reading on computer is so tiring, after reading it I ended up not getting anything from the text, which resolves me reading it again for fifty times and ended up losing a lot of time, and still not getting it even after.
- I'm dumb. Literally.
We had the test for two hours, in total 50 questions of the two subjects, 25 questions per subject. And in that total time of two hours, on this first day, I decided it's good to bengong and rest once in every question. I ended up finishing it tho. I would say and admit I regret not studying, just a little bit. I mean, I'm a lazy butt person so idk, I slept a lot the night before and dreamed good. And by ended up finishing it, more like closing my eyes and clicked anywhere. And so that's how day one went.
The Day After the FirstI could've said the second day, but I don't want to, just how I felt the second day of this simulation. on this second day, we had English and Physics. What can I say, I felt the same as the first day. Basically just sat there clicking everything away. And that's how the second day went.
The Last DayThis last day, I must say, was the hell. We had Biology and Chemistry. What was that? I can't even understand Bahasa Indonesia, let alone Biology and Chem. On this day, I do have a slightly different conclusion compare to the day one.
- I didn't pay enough attention in class.
- I'm really stupid.
Yeah, so that's how my days of simulation went, quite boring really, I tried sooo hard to make it sounds a bit more eventful.
Maybe I'll study for the next one, maybe, just maybe.
